All option change commands must be sent to this special address:

Do not send change commands to the BML mail address.
After you submit a change command, you will receive a confirmation request by return email. To confirm your request, respond to the request by following its included directions.

Resume BML mail delivery

Get the BML digest several times a day rather than individual messages.

Cancel the BML digest and go back to delivery of individual messages.

set boxer nodigest

Determine your present BML options.
